The majority of companies in South Africa, use Microsoft Windows Outlook to communicate and conduct their day to day business. Often this requires a technician to look after this valuable business tool making you a much sort after person. This Short Learning Programme aims to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to implement, manage and maintain a Microsoft Exchange Server. Students will apply this knowledge to practical examples of setting up mail servers and perform the maintenance necessary to run the mail server, a critical aspect in the modern business world today.
The Installing and Managing Microsoft Exchange Server is a short learning programmes (SLP), certified by the Independent Institute of Education (IIE). On successful completion and after gaining some practical experience students can register to write the Microsoft Certification examination 70-236 in order for them to certify with Microsoft.

The programme fee includes all programme material, which becomes the property of the student. This material is a valuable source of ongoing reference.
The programme assessment includes one practical assignment, one test and a formal written examination at the end of the programme. Students may then go on to write the Microsoft examination 70-236.
